Featuring Alumni of the Stan Kenton OrchestraWe now are booking clinics and concerts for this time period in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and surrounding states. Any school that books an evening concert will receive a FREE afternoon clinic.
Mike Vax is also available for clinics and concerts at all levels -- with Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, Wind Ensemble, Orchestra and Jazz Combo. Mike is one of the most experienced clinicians in our country, having performed over 2000 clinics in schools, colleges and universities over the past 37 years. He has been lead trumpet and soloist with the Stan Kenton Orchestra, the Clark Terry Big Bad Band, the US Navy Show Band and the Dukes of Dixieland in New Orleans, just to name a few.
Mike Vax is an International Artist for the Getzen Company (www.getzen.com). We are now booking appearances for the 2007-08 School Year and beyond.
